Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ARC handles radar submissions and privacy requests.
Information we collect
ARC collects the details submitted through the radar form: name, personal and institutional email addresses, phone or WhatsApp number, age range, institution, city, public profile or proof link, application responses, referral information, campaign, creative, channel and ambassador attribution, how you heard about ARC, and the consent choices you make. The institutional or school email and ARC-usefulness response are optional. ARC does not ask for exact dates of birth, home addresses, payment information, health information or government identification.
Why and how it is used
ARC uses submissions to review potential fit for the radar, understand how people reach the Entry, prevent duplicate submissions, manage referrals and contact applicants by email, phone or WhatsApp about relevant rooms, collaborations and opportunities. Applicant data is not sold. ARC does not send marketing email without separate agreement.
Optional WhatsApp updates
You may separately choose to receive occasional ARC updates on WhatsApp. Providing a required contact number does not opt you into those general updates, and leaving the optional checkbox unchecked does not affect your radar submission.
Access and review
Only authorised ARC reviewers may access applicant records. Submissions are not displayed publicly. ARC does not use automated acceptance or rejection. Joining the radar is not ARC membership and does not guarantee an invitation.
Retention
Records are retained for up to 12 months after submission, unless deleted earlier on request or retained for an active ARC relationship.
Consent and applicants under 18
Every applicant must agree to this Privacy Policy and to ARC using the submission for radar review and relevant contact. When the selected age range indicates an applicant is under 18, the form also requires confirmation that a parent or guardian has given permission to submit the information and be contacted by ARC.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of a radar record. Use the form below with the email attached to the submission so ARC can locate and verify the request.
